Ingredients
Salmon filet
Philadelfia cheese with garlic and herbs (does`t have to be the philadelphia kind..)
fresh coriander (as much as you like)
1/2 red chilli
asparges
tagliatelle
sundried tomatoes, shopped (as much as you like or a couple of tbl spoons)
olive oil
salt&pepper
1/2 lime
green pesto
creme fresh
Method
(Remove skin from the salmon filet. And add a little salt & pepper )
Shopp fresh coriander, chilli and sundryed tomatoes. (You can allso use the ones in oliveoil.)
Sparse the cheese on the filets. Add shopped chilli and coriander. Heat a frying pan and fry the salmons untill they are just done.
Fry the asparges in oil and a little butter. Add salt and pepper and a dash
of fresh pressed lime juice.
When the tagliatelle pasta is cooked add sundryedtomatoes and a little pesto. Add pesto and creme fresh to the plate (and a dash of lime)
