quick dish and i think tasty....
Ingredients
2 serves
2 salmon fillets
2 peeled potatoes in round slices
thyme and basil leaf
a glass of white wine
salt ,pepper
half of tea sp sugar
Method
The first thing you have to do, is to marinade the fillets with sea salt ,pepper and lemon juice. Then set them aside for 2 hours.
Add the slices of potatoes in a pan with 2 glasses of water and let them cooked, with some leaves of thyme and basil.The fragrance of the herbs will pass through the boiling in the potatoes.
When the water being absorbed,add the olive oil,and let the slices fried for 2 minutes.
Add the wine and place the fillets in the pan.......Cook for 10 minutes in slow fire .In the end add the soy cream to thicken the sauce.......
