Salmon grill with asparagus and zucchini

This is my familly favourite dish...
-150gē rice or wild rice
-some slice zucchini chops
-1 lemon juice and skin choped
1 tbsp butter
-extravirgin oliva oil
-salt and pepper
- This is my recipe for boiled rice.
Put into a pot 1 tbsp butter, 1tbsp oliva oil and add the rice. Season vith salt and pepper. Add 1/2 lemon skin and fried until the rice change the colour. Now it\'s time to add HOT WATER , till cover the rice (like two fingers), cover the pot and cook to medium flame. It\'s finish when the rice absorb all the water. Add some parsley leaf then cover with napkin paper put lid and let for 10 minutes.
-Make a marinade for salmon from mint leaf, tarragon leaf, salt, pepper, 1/2 lemon skin, lemon juice and extravirgin oliva oil. Let the salmon marinade in fridge for 1 hour.
-Fried the salmon , asparagus and zucchini on the grill.
Now it\'s time to serve the rice with salmon and vegetables.
