Salmon in greaseproof paper in orange honey sauce

the cooking time varies as the pan and the oven are different in every house (thick- thin, old- new, etc). the hole process takes about one hour.
4 pieces of salmon fillet, the juice of 1 orange medium size, 1 lemon cut in slices, 1 grated onion, 2 big spoons honey, olive oil, salt, fresh pepper, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, 5-6 parsley twigs (we use only the leaves), 1 piece of greaseproof paper big enough to cover the fish.
first of all you salt the fish 1 hour before and you keep it in the frige. you put the paper in the pan and then the fish. you spread the olive oil in both sides of the fish with your hands. you put the oregano the thyme the garlic powder in both sides and some more salt. you spread the grated onion all over the fish only the top side. you put 1-2 slices of lemon in the top of every piece (1-2 depending on the size). you mix the orange juice with the honey until the honey melts and become a viscous sauce and with a spoon you put the sauce all over the top of the fish. you cut the parsley with your hands in small pieces and you put it all over the top of the fish. you cover with the paper and you put it in the oven in 200 celsius or 392 far. for about 40- 50 min. then you open the paper to see if it has boiled enough in the sauce and if its done (you fork to see if its soft enough) you tear the top of the paper and you leave it for 5-10min more just for the color. when its done and you remove it from the oven, you take some sauce from the bottom of the pan and you spread it all over the top of the fish. goog luck and bon appetite :)
