Salmon in white wine and saffron

this is simple, quick dish and have a strong flavour... PS. in photo I forgot to season on top with chives

Ingredients
4 file of salmon, peeled
4 cloves of garlic
1 glass white wine
1/2 tsp saffron
a few chives leafs
sea salt and white pepper
extra virgin olive oil

Method
Season your salmon file with rock sea salt, white pepper and a touch of extra virgin olive oil, then let to marinate a few minutes.
In this time you can mix your favorite white wine with saffron.
Hot pan, add salmon. After 2 minutes turn your fish and add garlic. Let to cook 2 minutes then add your glass white wine. When the alcohol is evaporated the dish can be ready to serve.
Serve on plate and season on top with chopped chives.
