Easy to cook and nutritious...Its full of Ω-3 fats that protecting our body ....
For 1 person
1 fillet of salmon
2 big mushrooms
some herbs like oregano,marjoram estragon,and basil
2 cloves of garlic
a glass of dry white wine
1 teaspoon of sugar
extra virgin olive oil
Chop the garlic and mushrooms, add olive oil,sugar,salt and herbs in a wide pan. Heat the oil and let these ingredients, to be cooked for 3 minutes. After you have add salt and pepper in the fillet, put it in the pan and cook it for 2 minutes from both sides. Add white wine , and a half of a glass water. The food will be ready in about 15 minutes when you cook it in medium heat.Hope you enjoy it.
