Salmorejo cordobes

Cold soup or for Spanish tapeo.

Ingredients
*4 or 5 tomatoes
*1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
*2 cloves of garlic
*sal
*1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
*Wet bread, (the bread of the previous day better)
*3 hard eggs
*jamón serrano o ibérico

Method
You need to put all fresh ingredients in the mixer. You may need to add a little more wet bread or oil to balance it.
Taste and season again if needed until your cream or cold soup is perfect
