Salsa Pico de Gallo

3 tomatoes, diced
Ĺ - 1 fresh jalapeno chilli
ľ cup chopped fresh coriander
Ĺ Spanish onion, diced
1 tsp salt
here you have a tipical salsa from my country, enjoy it !!
Combine all ingredients, adding salt to taste.
Salsa should be made on the day, fresh is always best. You can add diced avocado for extra colour and flavour. Can be served as a dip with corn chips.
