  • Coriander
  • 1 whole monkfish
  • Garam masala
  • Fish paste or stock
  • Green and red peppers
  • Tomato paste
Fillet the monkfish and poach. Add the rest of the prepared ingredients and bring to the boil for 30 minutes.
