Sashimi de thon, algues Hiziki

Ingredients
Ingrédients pour 2 personnes :



400 de thon rouge

1 concombre

de la sauce soja

du wazabi

des algues Haziki

un radis

Method
Faire tremper les algues pendant 20 minutes, ensuite porter à ébullition pendant 20 minutes supplémentaires.
Les égoutter.
Couper horizontalement de fines tranches de concombre.
Les blanchir.
Détailler le thon en petits cubes.
Couper un gros radis en tranches.
Dresser
