Saucy Chocolate Pudding Cake..

Ingredients
1-cup patent flour
1-cup powderd sugar
1-cup liquid milk
1-pack butter(113g),melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-teaspoon backing powder
2-tablespoons Coco powder(unsweetened)

SAUCE:.
3-tablespoons Coco powder(unsweetened)
4-tablespoons sugar
1-cup water.

Method

[b]**Blend sugar with butter,add remaining ingredients,mix by blender,pour in oven pan(20cm)..
**Prepare sauce by mixing the in ingredients together,pour carefully over pervious mixture,put in the water bath and cook in moderate heat oven for 40 minutes.
**Let stand in oven to cool before serving.[/b]:thumbsup:
