Ingredients
100 g feta
100 g Roquefort
150 g flour
½ teaspoon baking
2 eggs
150 g cream cheese 20% fat
1 small can of crushed tomatoes
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the feta and blue cheese into cubes.
Sift together flour and baking powder in a bowl. Dig a well, add eggs and soft cheese mixing well in. Salt lightly.
Pour crushed, drained tomatoes in the batter. Stir until incorporated.
Then add the diced cheese and freshly ground pepper and mix well again.
Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
