Scrambledeggs with maple syrup

For 4 People. Takes 5 minutes to prepare and 5 to cook.
150g Mozzorela (is not necessary)
Cut the mozzorela into cubes the smaller the better.
Once you`ve cracked the eggs into a bowl and add 2/3 of the syrup, and start cooking it on a low level.
Once the eggs are turning goldbrown, add the rest of the Ingredients and turn off the stove, let the mozzorela melt into the eggs by then you should be good to go.
