Sea Bass with herbs

Simple Mediterranean recipe,with herbs and fresh ingredients....

Ingredients
3 serves

a sea bass about a kilo

1 clove of garlic

a handful of parsley

a half of handful thyme and basil

a handful of estragon

sea salt

for the sauce

1 tea sp mustard

1/4 tea sp salt

a half of lemon juice

1 tea sp vinegar

a pinch of oregano and pepper

Method
Clean the flakes of the fish and wash it well. Add salt and set it aside.
Now its time to prepare the herbs.
Chop all of them and in a bowl, and mix them with sea salt and chopped garlic.
Set the mixture aside for 15 minutes.
With a tea sp, you will fill the fish with this mixture.
Now.. preparing the sauce...
In a bowl, add lemon juice, salt ,pepper,oregano, mustard,olive oil, and vinegar.Mix the ingredients well till the mixture become a smooth and dense sauce.
Its time to place the fish in a baking paper.Cover the fish with the sauce and then with the mixture of the herbs. Dont forget to put herbs and sauce also under the fish. Wrap the paper round the fish and then with a aluminum foil.
Place the \" packet\" in a roasting pan and cook in 200 c oven for an hour.
