  • 10-12 karavides
  • lemon
  • pepper seeds
  • a glass of white wine
If you like to eat seafood then you know that seafood is very easy to be prepared,its nutritius, contains no saturated fats,and furthermore is healthier than meat and other foods containing fats. Anyway,l to prepare this food, you need for 4 persons, 10-12 of this special kind of lobster, that in Greece we called " karavides". Just cook them for 8 minutes, in boiled water in wich you have added lemon , 2-3 seeds of black pepper,and a glass of white wine. When the food is ready, serve it in a deep plate, adding extra virgin olive oil, lemon and leafs of parsley. If you like it more spicy add more pepper. KALI OREXI :thumbsup:
