Use a wide pan and put the onions ,the leek and the oil. Add the sugar and the pepper seeds.
Heat the oil gently, for 5 minutes in slow fire. Add the pieces of the sepias and cook them for 5-7 minutes till their color change. Now it's time to add the wine. Mix well, till the wine be evaporated . Add the peeled tomatoes. Before this you must peeled and chopped them . Add the tomato pasta and the red devil pepper.
Mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add 2 glasses of water and let the food cooked in slow fire. Cook for 35 minutes till the sauce is thicken.
Serve in a big plate and enjoy a bit of red….
