Showstopper Pork Chops

Tired of the same old bland pork chops, over and over? These showstoppers will, without a doubt, be the talk of your next dinner party.

Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 banana, sliced
2 eggs, whisked
2 cups coffee, brewed
1/2 cup table cream
2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Method
Heat a frying pan on medium, add the oil, and lightly brown the onion and banana. Add coffee, chili powder, cumin, nutmeg and eggs, turning until soild. Remove from heat, and set aside.

Fry pork chops until cooked, adding egg mixture and cream in final stage. Garnish with green pepper and serve.
