Sicilian Winter warmer

Low cost winter warmer for a gloomy cold night in, ideal with a nice red wine. Ideally it should all be mopped up with bread, no need for cutlery here.

Ingredients

Method
ready made or left over passata, about 1 litre. 150g Edam cheese diced, oregano, black olives, as many as you want, toasted chunks of crusty bread.

Place the passata on a skillet over a low heat,it just needs warming up, add cheese in small dices and oregano.

When cheese is melted add olives and place in bowls.

Drizzle a little olive oil on the toasted bread and dip away to your hearts content..... hopefully with a bit of wine you\'ll be all warmed up in no time. Enjoy!
