Simple Peach Crisp

This ia a great summer pud it\'s so quick and easy and will keep for a couple of days, magnificent with vanilla ice cream and also can be \"tarted up\" with some fresh cherries if they\'re in season.

Ingredients
200g plain oats
75 gr butter
75gr brown sugar
75gr plain flour
12/14 peach halves, either canned or fresh.

Method
Heat the oven at about 200C

Melt the butter and mix in the sugar, flour and oats. Make into a crumble topping.

if you\'re using canned peaches drain them and arrange them into an oven proof dish, halved and quartered. heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then cover with the oat mixture.

If you use fresh peaches peel them, halve and quarter them and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes covered with a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar.
Take out of the microwave cover with the oat mixture and place in the oven at 200C for 15 to 20 mins.

It\'s a very basic pud, and even looks unworthy of having it\'s own recipe, but even the fussiest of guests have succumbed to it with a good dollop of ice cream.
