1 red pepper
(Maybe a carrot or other vegetables)
1 can of chopped tomatoes or fresh chopped tomatoes
200 g cooked chicken in cubes
200 g pasta
about 100 g of pineapple in pieces
Salt, pepper, paprika, sweet chili
Cook the pasta in boiling water untill it's al dente.
Put chopped onion, garlic and red pepper in a hot large sauterpan with olive oil.
(You can put any vegetables you have in this dish.)
After a few minutes in the hot pan you add tomatoes, spices and fresh basil. Let it cook together and taste it. 5 minutes before serving, add chicken and pineapple pieces. When the pasta is done and drained, turn it into the sauce so it becomes one delicious dish in the same pan. Serve with bread or vegetables as a quick dinner. If you have some leftovers, it tastes just as great cold as your lunch the next day. (The whole thing takes less than 30 minutes, if the chicken you have/buy is already cooked.)
