This is a recipe from Eimear from Cranleigh, Surrey. A very slow-cooked chicken curry, 6hrs in the Aga! \"It\'s soooo delicious!!! .....I love being able to have a \\\"homemade\\\" authentis curry without any fuss! Eimear

Ingredients
cold chicken taken off the bone 600g
3 large onions - finely chopped
3 tomatoes -chopped
fresh curry paste methi masala (www.curryfusion.net)

Method
Take all the meat off a cold roast chicken.
I sautee onions very slowly,then turned up the heat, added bipins masala (fresh blend of whole ground spices and fresh indian herbs from www.curryfusion.net) and stirred for a couple of minutes to release all the spices. I then added fresh tomatoes,the cold chicken and some chicken stock. Put it in the slow oven of my Aga for 6 hours
