200g rigatoni pasta
100g broccoli florets
150ml single cream
50g garlic and herb soft cheese
50g smoked salmon trimmings
25g grated parmesan
salt and pepper
1.Cook the pasta in a pan of salted, boiling water until al dente, adding the broccoli to the pan for the last 5 minutes.
2.In a bowl, mix together the cream and the soft cheese until well combined.
3.Add the cream and cheese mixture to a pan and gently heat through.
4.Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to the pan. Stir in the salmon and season.
5.Stir the mixture over a low heat until heated through.
6.Sprinkle over the parmesan and serve.
