greek recipe (argolida) serves: 6
snails (2 kilos)
1/4 olive oil
1 or 2 onions
2 or 3 tomatoes
and also mint
1 toublespoon of salt
half kilo of greens
At first you wash the snails, then you boil them in a pan with water.
You cut the onions in slices and then in little pieces.
You grate the tomatoes (with the grater)
And we boil all these with the greens for 1h.
