The best sole
Sole (solea solea)
Clean fish, season gently
Olive oil and butter in a pan. Fry sole (or filets) gently. When done put to rest on plate.
Add one tbl spoon of chopped lemon filet and capers to pan. Toss.
Plate: Fish (or filets) , one boiled potato, pour lemon/caper souce on top of everything
