A simplle polleta, with souseges. The sauseges are special, because there are tipical romanian sauseges. It's like a meet ball, but it dosent have the ball's form. So it look like in the immage. you usely cook it on barbeq, so you can rspect the good taste, nice flavor and special, the tradition! On the poleta you can add some chese, and you eat the sauseges with hot musdard!
