Ingredients
-1box of macaroni (or any kind of pasta that you have handy
-3 -4little ramquins
-2cloves of Garlic
-4tsp• Butter
-1/2cup grated Old Cheddar
-1/2cup grated mozzarella
-1/2cup grated Monterrey jack
-5 cherry tomatoes (or chopped tomatoes)
-4tbsp• chopped fresh parsley (1 per ramekin)

Method
-Pre-heat oven at 350 Degrees C
-Cook the pasta in cold boiling water over medium/high heat until they are al-dente (about 6-7minutes)
-Take the ramekins and put butter at the bottom
-Put one layer of pasta, add some butter and a bit of the three cheeses, repeat until ramekin if full
-Add some more grated cheese on top, some butter , repeat for all four ramekins.
-Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put them on top of ramekins
-Put in the oven for 15-20minutes or until the cheese is grilled and bubbly.
-Sprinkle the fresh parsley on top of all the ramekins
