I am on vacation for 2 weeks and I took this time to cook more often and also stay more with the kids.
Ingredients
250 grs wheat chaff
100 grs soy meat
3 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt
50 grs mint leaves
100 grs flour
olive oil
200 ml tomato sauce
2 tsp cummin seeds
50 grs basil leaves
Sesame oil to fry
Method
Heat some water and add to the wheat chaff and in another container add some water to the soy meat, let them double the size. Drain the water after 15 minutes and put in a large bowl.
Add the spicies and mix with the flour until you can make balls with that.
Heat a saucepan put the olive oil, fry the cummin and add the tomato sauce and basil leaves. Cook for 5 minutes in low heat.
Fry the balls in hot oil and add put in another container. After frying all the balls pour the sauce and decorate with rosemary or basil leaves.
Serve hot with lemon rice and dhal.
Hugs
