Spaghetti in lemon cream
Ingredients
Spaghetti
cream
lemon zest
black pepper
chives
Method
Boil Spaghetti.
In a saucepan bring cream and lemon zest to simmer to release the lemon fragrances into the cream. Sieve.
Plate: Spaghetti in lemon cream. Some black pepper. 2 chives.
Serve!
