200 g spaghetti
two good handful of baby spinach
150 ml double cream
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
sea salt and black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Put the spaghetti in a pot with hot water and sea salt to boiling.
Hot pan, olive oil, garlic and spinach. Just a few minutes to cook, then take out and with a knife just chopped.
In same pan with olive oil add spinach and double cream. season with sea salt and black pepper. Optional you can add one lid of water from spaghetti for sauce, then add spaghetti too.
Served with grated parmesan cheese and sprinkle with mix lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
