500 g spaghetti
a good handfull of mushrooms
a good handfull of pancetta chopped
1 glass white wine
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
salt and pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
1 tbsp butter
a goog handfull of prasley leaf chopped
Boillet spaghetti al dente.
Heat a pan with oliva oil, add chicken breast sliced and 1 tbsp of butter. Cook a few minutes then add garlic finely chopped, mushroom and pancetta. After 2 minutes add a glass white wine and let to evaporated the alcohol. Season with salt and pepper, then add spaghetti and a good handfull of prasley finely chopped.
Serve with parmesan cheese and a glass white wine which you cooked.
