great dish, but simple with shrimps and rocket salad in tomate sauce and basil...

Ingredients
200 g spaghetti
aboute 10 shrimps
a good handfull of rocket salad
3 tomatos
a few basil leaf
a few oliva sliced
3 cloves garlic , finely chopped
parmesan cheese
chilli
extravirgin oliva oil
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper

Method
Boilet spaghetti pasta, al dente in water with salt.
Heat a pan with oliva oil, garlic and butter. Add shrimps and cook till is beautifull red colour, then add chilli finely chopped, tomatoes sliced in small size and basil leaf. season with salt and pepper, then add oliva, sliced, spaghetti and in finaly rocket salad. Just a few minutes let in heat then you can serve with parmesan cheese and sprinkle extravirgin oliva oil.
