200 g spaghetti
a good handful of oliva
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
basil leaf, finely chopped
salt and pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
Boilet pasta al dente in hot water with salt.
Heat a pan with oliva oil and add zucchini, finely chopped. Let to fried a minute then add garlic and oliva, season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat on high and add pasta and little water where boilet. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaf , finely chopped, then is done.
Serve with parmesan cheese and sprinkle extravirgin oliva oil.
