Spiced Pork and Lemon Pasta

Pasta (3oz per person)
Sausages (about 2 per person)
Dried Chilli/ Chilli Flakes
Prepare the sausages by pinching the sausage about 2 cm down, and sliding it upwards and out of its skin to make a meat ball. Shallow fry them in oil until browned.
Add the wine, and bring to the boil to reduce. Add the zest of the lemon and the juice of half, the chilli, the creme fraiche and the seasoning, and leave to simmer.
Cook the pasta, and add to the pan with the sausage and sauce in. Stir and serve.
