Spicy Crust Cod Roe Stakes

Code roe cooked properly with a little bit of spice coating is a treat to be savoured with the texture and taste of the sea. The flavours of the spices are delicate, aromatic and just beautiful! Lovely with a glass of dry white wine!

Ingredients
Cod roe, cooked and sliced 1cm thick
1 Bipins Machi Masala (from www.curryfusion.net)
Coriander for garnish

Method
Best to buy fresh cod roe, cook in boiling water, slice into 1cm thick stakes. Lightly coat each surface with fresh machi masala curry paste sauce (from www.curryfusion.net). Pan sear in a little sunflower oil. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and coarsely chopped coriander.
