A perfect starter, full of flavour, looks lovely and goes down with glass of dry white wine. Best served immediately as it comes off the cooker.
Use a deep frying pan, warm up a little olive oil, add the ingredients except the prawns and zest, sizzle for a 1 minute, add the prawns, cook through. Garnish with the zest, pinch of paprika and serve on a bed of mixed salad leaves. Job done, ready in less than 10 minutes.
