Spicy King Prawns - with a tang!

A perfect starter, full of flavour, looks lovely and goes down with glass of dry white wine. Best served immediately as it comes off the cooker.
500g of raw king prawns
juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
3 cloves of garlic crushed
0.5 tsp of coarse chilli flakes
1 tsp of machi masala (from www.curryfusion.net)
mixed salad leaved
Pinch of hot smoked paprika
Use a deep frying pan, warm up a little olive oil, add the ingredients except the prawns and zest, sizzle for a 1 minute, add the prawns, cook through. Garnish with the zest, pinch of paprika and serve on a bed of mixed salad leaves. Job done, ready in less than 10 minutes.
