My hubby cant survive without fish so to make him eat his greens ;) I always keep a bottle of Maldivian made masmirus, which is a spicy mix of fried onion, curry leaves, dried chilies and dried tuna fish flakes. A tbsp of it does the trick, it also gives it a nice taste :D
