beat a few eggs and soak the crumpets in the egg with some chilli and season.
Slice the onlion and fry until soft and then add the garlic. Cook for a minute then add2 teaspoons of harrissa paste along with a table spoon of tomato puree.
Add the chick peas and chicken stock and bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins.
Fry the crumpets off until golden on both sides then add the sausages to the plate and cover with the chickpeas and onion.
