Red Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Mix using the following measures or to taste!
1/3 CUP Red Balsamic Vinegar
2/3 CUP Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper ( to taste )
1/3 CUP Oyster Sauce
Mix well and pour over meat, both sides.
The longer is sits the better as the vinegar will help loosen the meat fibers.
I use this on cheaper cuts of beef and it tastes amazing when BBQ'd !
Serve with baked or roasted potatoes and Greek salad.
A pint of GUINNESS doesn't hurt either!
