a quick side dish
Ingredients
4 serves
Use the inner flesh of 4 potatoes
1 dried onion(peeled and chopped)
2 fresh onions( chopped)
A handful of fresh dill
1 tea sp salt
¼ tea sp pepper
4 table sp all purpose flour
½ cup milk(skimmed or full fat,your choice)
4 table sp olive oil
1 ½ cup of olive oil (frying)
Method
When it happens to make stuffed potatoes with whatever(minced,cheese....), don’t throw their inner flesh…here is what you can do to make a side dish with this.
Put all the stuff you have (I mean potato’s flesh) in a multi chopper.
Add the onions ,dill ,salt and pepper. Make a pulp with all these ingredients.
Put the pulp in a bowl and add flour ,milk and olive oil.
Mix with a spoon, till this pulp become a mass(care not to become fluid. If it needs ,add more flour).
Take a pan and add olive oil. Heat gently till olive oil be ready for frying. Take a portion with your spoon and place it in the pan and fry it till its color become brownish.
Serve them hot…..Its a very famous side dish.
