Ingredients
• 300g• flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 250g• sugar
• 3 eggs
• 50g• shaved coconut
• 100g• chocolate
• 130g• butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
• 100g• frozen or 60g• fresh strawberries

Method
We need to dissolve butter. At that time mix flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs, one by one and then put sugar, mix it again. Chop strawberries, cut up chocolate. Put butter and vanilla sugar into the eggs mixture. Pour the paste into the flour. Mix well. Then add strawberries, coconut, chocolate, stir everything well again. And add mixture into muffin forms.
Bake cupcakes in 180˚C oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
