Ingredients
Serves 1

about 10 large,ripe, strawberries
150 ml milk, soya milk or almond milk
2 tbsp creme fraiche
1/4 tsp real vanilla essence
1/2 meringue nest, crumbled

Method
1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender (except the meringue) and add a few ice cubes.
2. Blend till completely smooth.
3. Serve in a large glass, sprinkled with the crushed meringue.
