Ahhh! The smell of muffins baking in the home is the best thing. Being strawberry season try out these yummy treats. You can seve them with a dolop pf cream

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tbsp finely grated orange zest
1 cup strawberries finely sliced

Method
Preheat oven to 400 F

Mix in one bowl all dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda and salt

In another bowl mix the rest of the ingredients except strawberries. Add wet ingredients to flour and mix well, now add strawberries.

Fill your muffin cups and there you go!
