Spicy yet sweet chutney great with matured cheese and nice glass of wine
Ingredients
Strawberies 1kg
Sugar 500g
Cider vinegar 100ml
Dried black currants 50gr
Cayanne pepper 1 half tbsp
Method
put Strawberries with sugar in a bowel and leave over night in the fridge.
Put all the ingridents in a thick bottom pan and boil the simmer untilthickened place in warm sterilized jars and close and leave to cool

how liquid/sticky is this chutney?
sorry Miss perfect got it wrong but im not a good as u all that i know is that the cayanne pepper is from the same family of the Capsicum annuum..
How can this be called chilli, when you use Cayanne Pepper!! you call yourself a chef...
