Ingredients
Eggs, cooked, 14 pieces
Sausage, dried, 300 grams
Mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons
Basil, to taste
Spices, Santa Maria, to taste
Method
Cooked eggs, they are hard, cool, sawing half of the egg lengthwise, remove yolks, crushed, as far as possible cuts to the cured sausage, Iberian basil (make every) and the whole mass is mixed with mayonnaise. Add the egg medium filling, decorated with parsley. Bon appetit.
