Turn the caps and season the mushrooms, with seasalt ,pepper and thyme and some drops of olive oil. Peeled the shrimps (prawns) .Beware to throw their intestine because is full of sand .....!!
Season the shrimps with salt, pepper and thyme and drizzle them with olive oil. You can also add mustard ,but this will make them more spicy....Anyway...Now drizzle with olive oil and place the mushrooms in a preheated oven. I prefer to bake them using air (i dont know if this is possible to all ovens) in high temperature for 15 minutes.
Decorate them with balsamic, olive oil and parsley.
PS. If you like you can cover the top of the mushrooms with a slice of yellow cheese or to give them a Mediterranean "profile", you can top a slice of feta cheese. Working this way is better because you avoid the over baking of shrimps, that making them tough!!!!
