I am trying new recipes for panetones this year I hope the kids like it.
1 chocolate bar 500grs
1 can sour cream 200grs
1\\2 cup walnuts
1\\2 cup apricot jam
Cut the lid of the panetone and take the interior part of it, the outside needs to be at least 3 cm. Reserve the inside part.
Separate 300grs of the chocolate and cut in small pieces, put in a bowl and put it in saucepan with water to heat, mix the sour cream and stir it until it becomes a cream.
Add the walnuts.
Fill the panetone with it, just half and then add the interior part, then fill until the top. Put the cover and take to the the fridge for about 1 hour.
Heat in the same way the other part of the chocolate and decorate the panetone, cover the panetone with fruits distributing them in a beautiful and nice way.
Put again in the fridge until you serve it.
