Stuffed baby peppers with french roule and pancetta

6 Sweet baby peppers
100g french roule
6 rashers smoked pancetta
3 slices bread
olive oil for drizzling
Top end sweet baby peppers and de-seed.
Cut a small slice of french roule and place on a slice of pancetta, roll pancetta into a small sausage.
Stuff the pancetts and cheese sausage into the baby pepper and drizzle with olive oil
place in pre heated oven at 200c for 20 min
toast bread and remove crust, slice in half and place a pepper on each slice and serve
