Stuffed beef with vedggie

300 g potatoes
red, yellow and greeen pepper
prosciuto crudo sliced
salt and pepper
1 glass white wine
extravirgin oliva oil
2 tbsp butter
1 cup hot milk
a few basil leaf
Preahet oven at 220\'C.
Boilet potatoes with salt and then mashed with 1 tbsp butter and 1 cup hot milk.
Make a big fillet of beef, season with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and fried zuchhini, eggplant and pepper. Peeled pepper from skin and all the vedggies sliced.
Add on beef fillet vedggies, 2-3 sliced of prosciuto crudo and parmesan cheese, then roll and bound with thread.
Heat a pan with oliva oil and 1 tbsp of butter then add the fillet of beef and cook for all size a few minutes.
Befor to add on oven sprinkle with 1 glass white wine, cook for 12-15 minutes, then let out to rest.
Sliced beef fillet and serve with mashed potatoes and some basil leaf.
