Stuffed prawn with parmesan

1 pound of clean raw prawns
1 packet of bread crumbs (120 g)
1 package of butter (or less if you want it less calorific)
3 garlic gloves
Handful of parsley/coriander
Handful of basil
120 g grated Parmesan
Put the prawns in an oven proof baking dish.
Mix together bread crumbs, butter (it helps if the butter has been left out in room temperature for a while), the finely chopped garlic, the juice of one lemon, a handful of chopped parsley (or coriander) and a handful of chopped basil. Finally, add the Parmesan.
Spread the breadcrumb mix over the prawns and bake in the oven (200 degrees) until golden and prawns are cooked. Roughly 10-15 min.
